hubby and my brother are soooo addicted to god of war 2. they just finished the first one and I'm telling ya it aint funny anymore. there are times my hubby can't sleep anymore because of playing the game. ack, I'm not fond of playing video games. eversince I got married I somehow departed with my other half who was once a video game addict. =P natutuwa ako kagabi, nakachat ko si sis Lin at si sis Valerie, ang saya saya! kahit sa sandaling panahon lang masaya pa rin. sana sa uulitin!
bakit kaya ganun ano, kung sino pa mga online friends mo sila pa talaga ang mas concern sayo. mga friends ko sa malayo, bihira ko na lang sila makausap. namimiss ko na sila sobra. yung bestfriend ko naman, na hindi ko na masasabing bestfriend talaga eh wala nakong balita sa kanya. di na sumasagot sa email ko, dinelete na nya yung friendster nya, hindi na rin sumasagot sa mga letters ko. ano bang ginawa ko? anong ginawa ko sa kanya para ganituhin nya ako. last na nabalitaan ko eh umuwi ng pinas from Korea kasama ang anak nya, tapos kung sino sino ang mga nagiging bf nya sa Olongapo, which is hindi ko pinaniwalaan. I was waiting for an answer pero yung huling email nya sakin eh namimiss na raw nya ako at sorry daw dahil busy daw sya. nag aaral daw sya, "kuno". narinig ko na yan eh. pero huminto rin ulit. di ko alam bakit bigla syang nag bago? wag nyang sasabihing ako ang nagbago dahil simulat sapul sinabihan ko na sya na kilalanin mabuti mga lalaking kinakasama nya. she wouldn't listen. I treated her not only my bestfriend but a sister as well. siguro dahilan sa nakita ko na ang lalaking magpapasaya sa akin kaya umiiwas na sya akin. basta ang akin lang bakit mo kelangan sirain ang friendship natin sa walang kwentang bagay? buti pa yung mga tropa ko na hindi ko gaanu nakasama sa mga galaan namin noon hanggang ngayon nariyan pa rin sila panay email lang ang aming tulay, buti pa sila, nakakaalala...
naaalala ko rin noong buntis pa ako pinuntahan nya ako one day sinabi sakin yung problema nya, baka daw buntis sya kung pwede raw umutang, so pinautang ko naman. hindi ko sya siningil kasi wala naman syang trabaho noon eh, parang yung isa ko ring friend sa college na pinasukan ko, panay ang dalaw sa akin one day naglakas loob rin umutang buntis daw sya hindi sya sure, kaya ayun pinautang ko. bakit ganun, anong nangyari sa kanila? lalo na doon sa huling friend na kaclose ko pa mandin sobra nawala bigla?! for me, wala naman sa akin yung perang yun, all I ask is for their friendship, maging loyal lang naman sila sa akin. may isa akong kasamahan sa work, koreana sya, mahilig manlibre, pero pangit ang ugali nya, kasundo ko naman. ang pangit lang is yung mga co-workers ko eh niloloko lang sya. =( so akala nya nabibili nya yung friendship nila, para sa akin hindi mo pwedeng daanin lahat sa materyal na bagay para lang magkaroon ka ng kaibigan. naiipit ako palagi pag nag aaway away sila. kasi nagkakaron ng sumbatan. kaya pag inaalok ako ng kape or kahit anu nung ibang co-workers ko, simpleng no thank you lang ako. kaya ayan naman, wala silang masabi sa akin. ayoko ng may kaaway. sa totoo lang. lahat ng tao sa amin, kasundo ko gaya nung sabi ni Valerie nakakasundo nya pati mga masusungit, tama yun ako ren ganun, bilib nga sila sa akin na tetake ko daw yung kasungitan ng mga kasamahan ko, it's just so funny talaga. I love making friends. I don't judge people on how they look or if they're rich or not. basta kaibigan kang totoo at may puso, friends tayo!

last friday we had a great dinner at Hee hing restaurant (great chinese food with affordable rices) down by Kapahulu ave. by Waikiki with my hubby's cousin with her dear hubby. It feels so great to go out once in awhile with relatives, anyway they're only staying here in Hawaii for a few days so we gave them a lil treat. Jon's cousin is sooo sweet, she gave me some pasalubongs like Victorias secret lotion and underwears. they were talking about their houses in San Diego and how they're trying to sell their Lago Madero 3 bedroom house to us. my hubby was like stunned, we can't afford it right now. we'll wait until my sister in law and her family settles down coz her husband who's in the Navy has 3 more years in Korea, they're leaving Japan around July. sooo yeah, my hubby said we'll only buy a house if they're ready to buy a house in San Diego. and oh, I scrapped a bit today and here it is: a day at Northshore.

hubby's vacation is almost done, he has one day left and I tell ya it's been 3 yrs and only this year he asked for his leave, just like me. I guess we're a little workaholic.. I just realized that. =P
I'm so happy! Nathan can finally read a little bit, and he can write his Name, too. everyday at least 2 times a day I sit down with him and his books and we turn off the tv to avoid distractions, what's weird about Nathan is you have to hold his elbow to guide him, although he THINKS I am guiding him but I'm really not, I don't know if you get me.. but yeah, he's been a great kid and he's improving a lot. thank God for giving me the patience to do all of these. and as for all of you folks out there, I'll talk to you guys later.. mommy duties awaits. *sigh*

OH MY GOODNESS!!
I can't believe the cops went to our apartment last night around 12:30 am, and reported our MPV VAN BEING STOLEN!!! that left us puzzled coz we bought our new van around march 07. hmm, now we were wondering why our name is still on the old van since it's been 2 weeks since we've traded it in? my husband got sooo pissed at the dealer, I don't know if he called them this morning about it. we were thinking maybe because it was a pretty old van myabe instead of disposing it they drove it to pearl city and left it there--just our lil theory. I don't know. but when we heard that we just gasped in disbelief. I truly loved that blue van, so sad to gave it up, too... it was so funny coz my mom woke us up and told us that the policewoman was outside the door and she couldn't understand what they were trying to tell her. we were in deep sleep =P so yeah it was a chilly night, too. we thought that the rental car we had had been towed or something it was just somethin' else, I tell ya. after that we all went back to sleep, too bad it was hard for me to get back my good sleep, argh!

I decided to blog here often better than my multiply, It's so tiring having multiple blogs =) sooo, yeah you can always find my fresh posts here. ok, now for the 411. what happened to me by the way? hmm, been busy doing a lot of things but thank God everything is back to normal, and for our van, hubby's going to pick it up tomorrow at the shop, darn it I missed it so much! could you imagine that, after 2 days I already wrecked our baby (lol) anyways, I promised myself I'll take good care of it next time. coz seriously I'm a careful driver, it's just that the more I was more careful going down the ramp at the parking lot hospital suddenly a huge toyota tundra came up and a few other SUV's and I think I freaked out that's when I heard a loud BAM on my right side and the scraping sound was just sooo bad! I forgot to share the pics the last time.
I can't wait to get the van back, coz the toyota echo we have is just plain small! I hate it, you can't fit a lot of stuff in it. we went sight seeing yesterday, we went around the island, started around 9:00 am and about 2:00 pm we went to see Bridge to Terabithia, it was such a nice movie. very sad one. aww.. 2007 is just 2 days away, I can't believe 2006 went by so fast just like that. so before the year ends I would love to give thanks to God who made this year a fruitful year to us. we were very blessed to accomplish a lot of things with a lot of his help. trials had come and go and we got through with it with prayers. we didn't get sick as much as much as we used to. we are very blessed to live the simple life. we may not have a lot but we are very happy the way our lives are now. thank God, my son is with us now, as well as my mom. shortly my brother will be with us soon, too by January. me and my hubby's love for each other had grown stronger each year inspite of the trials we've experienced. to all the family and friends out there who stood by me no matter what, great hugs to you all! I truly value my online friends, for you guys make my day

I feel that I know much my online friends than my offline friends, weird but yeah.. online friends remembers your birthdays and all important stuff, offline friends don't do much. ahh, I hate saying all these but it's true. even my bestfriends forgot about me, well, I have to understand that not all of them have computer access so it's really hard for them to reach me. I just watched "the Notebook" last night, and I was bawling like crazy I tell ya. Nicholas Sparks sure how to touch a woman's heart with this kinds of stories. I just loved it, a perfect score! we had a great christmas, my mom whipped up Ham and spaghetti and the next morning opened all our gifts, Nathan was happy with all the gifts he had received and I myself was happy too coz my family is complete. hubby was suppose to buy me a new digital camera for christmas but I insisted on buying it for my birthday since it's just lil months away, no big deal.

I can't believe it's the day before christmas eve. time sure flies by so fast. so how's everyone doing? I know lots of you are pretty excited, some are not, well we all have our own differences, it's really nice to know that there are a lot of people out there who really care. I'm truly blessed to meet a lot of people who truly care for you. 2006 is almost going to end, time to ring in the new year!
I'm happy coz I finished everything I needed to do. I wrapped up lots of gifts and candy treats *whew* baked a chocolate cake for the christmas potluck. mailed in the christmas cards, as well as the other packages. boy, christmas can sure be tiring. a lot of work.. but it's all worth it. no words can express the happiness you feel from giving. that's why they say "it's more blessed to give than to receive".
nothing sure beats spending christmas in the Philippines, where my hometown is. everything is so different here in the states. but I learned to cope up with it coz my family's with me now. eversince we were little kids my dad would always have presents for us. he's so creative when it comes to gift giving. Christmas isn't complete without puto bumbong or bibingka, after going to church mass we'd stop by a few blocks from our house and we'd buy hot bibingka. I love the hot smell of bibingka cooking thru the cold breeze of december. I remember every year lots of family friends and relatives as well as neighbors would come over with their lil ones to claim their gifts (mamasko po!) ha haa, I remember I'd help my mom wrap gifts and candy bags to give the kids who would come ringing our doorbell. it was fun. christmas eve would come we'd have our noche buena ready and we'd be counting the hours before christmas *lol* I miss that... neighbors would knock at our door and give us some of their food, and we usually exchange with them some food that we had, too. school kids are walking throughout the streets with their gift bags from all their ninangs and ninongs, most of all I miss the lil poor kids carolling at out gate all the time. it was really funny coz the more you give them, a few minutes later they would come back, this time a different singer would switch but since I usually remember their faces I'd still give them though, what's more funnier about it is the more you give then the're not satisfied with it they would sing:
"thank you, thank you and BABARAT NINYO THANK YOU!!"
then they would run really fast laughing and all. I'd just laugh at them ha haa! for I surely miss those days. everybody was happy and all. God, I miss those good ol days.. but now times have changed. and I'd like my family to be happy all the time. I'm sure you are all having a blast now. you guys take care!!

the once lil boy who was always happily, running around in circles at the commissary just passed away. how sad. I felt my heart being jabbed by a knife. it struck us so bad, we almost cried. we used to play with him all the time.. the last time we saw him was around last year before they moved to Las vegas, coz the grandmother who used to be a teller(where I work at, in the cash room) always took care of Brandon along with her husband. I can't believe it. I really can't.
