★On our first date. he's such a charmer, he makes me laugh so much. After that first date we exchanged text messages until the wee hours of the morning. From his words, I knew he was indeed serious.

baby bump-bump

I like this tag. thank you ate Yen for passing it to me. It gives us the opportunity to share our baby bump pics to the world (as for the people who hasn't seen you being preggy) I've never shared this pics ever on my blog, I'm very embarassed to tell you the truth coz I don't have much pics when I was going through my pregnancy, hated taking pics of myself I look terrible and I felt terrible but being pregnant the first time just made me really special to everyone, really grateful to everyone especially to my family and my in laws who were very protective and showered me with gifts and food, that explains why I have gotten so big! especially hubby who went through a lot because of my baby blues moments, but he was always there spoiling me one after another.. partly my fault coz I was pretty overwhelmed and I didn't really took care of myself that's why I blew up like a balloon, every month I gained weight... and (gasp) will you look at my nose?? arghh, I felt really ugly (I'm not sayin' I'm pretty) but you get the picture. ;)

SIL This was taken around Dec. 2002, I was 5 weeks preggy.


Had a new haircut, still around Dec. me and my SIL went to the salon (her treat) I had to cover my chest with a lil something, thanks to the flash ;)


Spent some time in Manila with SIL and the kids, at Enchanted kingdom. boo hoo coz I couldn't go on rides.

In other news: my son's officially going to Salt lake elementary school, we were denied twice at Aliamanu because of the reason: filled to capacity. I really don't care anymore, me and huby talked about it, whatever school he's granted he might do better in that school. we went to the informational meeting for parents and teachers around the 15th, and all the kids were there, how cute, for the first time I saw my son interact with other kids. such an exciting feeling! now on the 29th (testing time) me and hubby are going on leave to help guide our son's first 2 weeks of school. Everything's ready and labeled all we got to do is buy uniforms on the 24th. =D (sooo happy)

1. How did you meet your husband/wife or boyfriend/girlfriend?
Answer: Through my mother-in-law, she gave my number to her son.

2. Where did you went in your first date?
Answer: At Sheavens in BO. Barretto, dinner by the beach (how romantic...)

3. When was your first intimate kiss?
Answer: On our second date of course, by the beach! that was like a week after we met hehehe.

4. How many girlfriends/boyfriends he/she had in the past? Do you honestly know?
Answer: I know he had a lot, tall and sexy girls (wahahaha) saw them already in pictures, and met some of them in person, too.

5. What is his/her ethnicity?
Answer: pure Filipino, with lil bit of chinese blood on his father's side.

6. What is his/her favorite food?
Answer: besides from burgers, taco's and pizza, He loves all kinds like adobo, sinigang, fried galunggong, fried chicken, my famous fried rice and pinakbet. mostly he loves everything we cook here in the house! (well most food)

7. What is he/she like if he/she is mad?
Answer: He likes to be pampered. he's like a LION when he's mad! but I love him very much...

8. What are the things he/she did you thought is the most romantic thing he’d/she’d ever done?
Answer: Eventhough we haven't met yet in person, he sent me a huge box of 3 white fresh roses on Valentine's day. aaww.. fell in love with him already at that time...

9. Describe how he/you proposed to you.
Answer: he didn't propose or anything. We were on our 2nd date by the beach, joked around and all that all of a sudden he started talking about marriage, like what we'll name our kids and all that, I was like 'whoa there, pardner!' but gave me this sweet kiss on the cheek that tickled me so much. I guess there and then, that was the proposal.

10. Where do you see yourselves 10 to 20 years from now?
Answer: Hoping by that time we would have our own home living peacefully and just concentrating, enjoying our lives to the fullest.

I don't think I will ever forget my filipino roots. My mom has done a great job in teaching me the true filipino values and I thank her for that. I will be teaching my son the same way even if he grows up here in the states. I feel bad for my cousins who don't know any single thing about being a pinoy, my aunt is really something else for not teaching her sons about their pinoy roots.

Christmas for me is the time of giving, sharing, spreading cheer and just being nice to one another. for me christmas is not about buying material things or receiving gifts. It's more on being happy and contented of what you have. I love Christmas very much because of it's cool month, the Christmas breeze we can all feel just gives that warmth of happiness and love. That's all I can say about christmas... it's a happy joyous month for me where everyone gathers as one, It's that special day where Christ our savior was born. 2. I met him through my MIL by text only back in 2002, my MIL was a chairman for the city festival committee. she gave my number to him while he was in Hawaii and she gave me a picture of him at the same time, and that's were it all started. Decided to meet after a few text messages. He fetched me for our 1st date and ate at BO. Barretto in subic, ate at this beach restaurant, at Sheavens. It was such a romantic place to have a dinner date with, dinner by the beach...

3. hard working, loving husband, very caring, humorous, a responsible father, conservative, looks suplado, quiet when we go out, but loves to fool around and play with his family when he's at home. loves to eat of course, he looks a bit shy at first, but when you get to know him he's a great, funny man after all. =) he loves to spoil us hehee. he has no vices of whatsoever, he just loves to watch tv, play video games with his ps2 and watch movies (movie and dvd fanatic) he loves to sing and listen to music, he's a travel oriented person (loves to go out), loves to shop (mostly electronics) he sometimes cook for us and he's stubborn sometimes... all in all he's a real person, he doesn't hold any grudges to anyone at all. that's why I love him... my hubbykins...
