for the love of scrapbooking...

Ohhh-kay! I did it again! and when I said "again", that means I went shopping for Scrapbooking goodies at Ben Franklin's. I don't know, all of a sudden my scrap mojo just came back, It's amazing. I am concentrating on making some more scrap projects for the home of course as well as buying fabric to make pillow cases for the throw pillows in the living room to beautify the sofa bed. So far this one is the first one I did in a long time.

I've always loved Scrapbooking eversince I was a young kid. I grew even fonder of scrapbooking when I had my first child. When I was pregnant back in 2002 I was always inspired to do stuff that involves crafty stuff from sewing, to cross stitching and putting together artsy stuff. :) right now, I'm still into scrapbooking, mainly digital since it's so easy to make. but in order to make one, you need to be inspired - because if you're not in the mood, most likely your layout will end up looking like crap. Everyday from doing housework to going to work, every moment is an inspiration. I scout for colorful and creative designs from just about anything, from fabrics and magazines to t shirts and shoes, just about anything. My family is the number one motivator to get the scrap mojo going. I'm planning on making a photobook of all the digital scraps that I've made (crosses fingers), so hoping that will pull through.

And last, but not the least...

Me, with my new haircut! (as of March 2, 2009)

It is a bit too short, but hey- I get haircuts once a year, so that's not a problem for me. besides, It feels great! It's so light I've managed to cut my time and get to work earlier than when I had long hair.

If you're looking for the comment button, I've decided to disable it since I rarely return comments anyway. read at your own risk, as I may say. :D the blogging world has changed a lot since I started. nowadays, people don't care much for the contents of the blog but mainly for the sake of having people visit and comment on their entries, It's like there's this competition going on. Sometimes when a person leaves a comment, it doesn't really mean anything. I ONLY return visits to people who give the time to comment on something purely relevant to my blog.

I'll blog whenever I want to blog and I'll return visits when I have the time. I Will be deleting links soon and start out fresh once again. hmmm, what else? Oh yeah, nowadays You will find me at my Flickr, Facebook and Twitter

feel free to add me! mahalo!

To be a adroit charitable being is to have a kind of openness to the in the seventh heaven, an ability to trust unsure things beyond your own pilot, that can front you to be shattered in very exceptional circumstances on which you were not to blame. That says something remarkably outstanding relating to the prerequisite of the honest passion: that it is based on a corporation in the up in the air and on a willingness to be exposed; it's based on being more like a weed than like a treasure, something rather tenuous, but whose mere particular beauty is inseparable from that fragility.
